Something slightly more cleverer here will come later, but the goal of all this is to be absolutely hideous. /nodnod

[ Hiro can't say he's entirely sure how he ended up sitting in the middle of the path, but hey, tea. Can't complain about that. Perhaps making something other than carrot tea would have been better though. It (charitably) tastes rather odd.

But more importantly... ]

I forgot tea cakes.

No tea cakes? Darn, I was looking forward to having some.

[ Erio will just slip a pecha berry to his companion. Just in case some of his, err, "special ingredient" (by this, he means poison powder, but it's supposed to be hush-hush) managed to make it into the other cup. ]

Do you have any snack at all?

[ Thankfully (?), he's blissfully unaware for now. So Hiro just stops to think about the contents of his bag for a second. ]

Will biscuits and berries work?

They will have to do.

[ Never mind that he doesn't have anything either. ]

Ah, well, it might be a good idea to eat the berry I handed you if you feel sick. Or lightheaded. It helps with the tea. [ He says this casually. ]

I'll try it before I pass out.

[ Yup, that was an immediate response. He then goes on to rummage through his pack for some biscuits and berries he obtained a day ago. Which in hindsight was pretty good timing.

And by some, he means a tiny mountain. He and his partner might have gone a liiiiitle overboard there... ]
